My attempts at winning Ad Age cover competition

2016: Popular Blends

The brief: What is Creativity? Create a visual capturing the essence of the creative process today.

Our idea: The creative process is fuelled by the power of culture and it’s ability to mutate into something unique. So, blend worlds, create something scary and dare your clients to take a drink.

I made a mess in my kitchen, it was very fun but unfortunately we didn’t win.

2017: WIP

The brief this year was “what’s the creative process nowadays?”

After loads ideas and sketch we came up with the conclusion that it is forever WIP, so I took out my sharpie.

We knew the judges either love it or think we are the laziest creative ever.

2018: The Epic Journey

When I saw the brief, the deadline was almost passed. From the first sketch, to collaborating with the amazing 3D artist Mike Voropaev (who I found on the amazing internet), to visualizing the whole thing, it was done in 3 days - to be precise, 3 evenings.

It didn't win the the final prize but it was selected as the best 10 - among entries from big agency like AMV BBDO.

Third time's a charm.
